Your expertise will play an essential role in conducting extensive research and development activities focused on “super-gap technology” in lithium-ion batteries and beyond.

Sales
As a Sales Team Member, your primary responsibility is to develop and nurture relationships with customers, maximizing the flow of information and staying abreast of market trends to identify new business opportunities. By actively coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new project launches. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery of agreements, utilizing various tools and systems to facilitate efficient communication.
Strategic Marketing
As a Strategic Marketing Team Member, you gather, analyze, and interpret market data and information to provide strategic insights and support decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping our market strategy, identifying opportunities, and staying ahead of the competition. Moreover, you will strategically engage in public relations, ensuring that organization’s interests are well represented and understood by the public.
Management Support
You will collaborate with various departments within the organization to help implement the business strategy and support the decision-making process. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of areas, including personnel, general affairs, financial affairs, planning, and legal affairs. Application documents
We make applying at our company as easy as possible – simply upload your documents and fill in your personal information so we can contact you. Once we have received your documents, we will send you a confirmation email and get back to you as soon as possible.

Interview
The invitation to the initial conversation – a short telephone or video screen with a recruiter, helps both candidate and our end to get to know each other.
Besides the recruiter you spoke to, the relevant business department will be involved in the 1st official interview, usually a 30 minutes video screen.
Lastly, you will be invited to an 1-2 hour interview onsite, to meet the colleagues and get a glimpse of how we operate on a day to day basis.

Decision
After we’ve gotten to know each other, it’s time to make a decision. We will contact you as soon as possible and inform you about our decision.

Onboarding process
Welcome on board
Welcome to the team! It is great to now have you as a part of SAMSUNG SDI Europe. Your first weeks will consist of a mix of trainings on-the-job, as well as getting to know your new environment and building a network through a set of around ten onboarding sessions on each department, which you will attend together accompanied by the other new-starters in the group.
